Come along to this relaxed session and learn how to recognise the symptoms and manage your mental health and wellbeing with a holistic approach.

In this session, we will: 

  • Review menopause: the stages, the symptoms and the role of hormones and their impact on mental health  

  • List hormonal and non-hormonal treatments and summarize the reasons for using, or not using, them    

  • Track symptoms, and maintain health and wellbeing   

  • Reflect on what sparks joy and promotes health & wellbeing
